FAQs

How many tickets do I need to purchase?
One ticket per person to enter venue

How do I purchase a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased through the Bright Night Out website events page.

Can I transfer tickets?
No. Tickets are not transferable to any individual or between shows.

Can I purchase tickets on-site?
Yes. There is a box office on-site. Save money by purchasing tickets in advance.

Are the events general admission?
All tickets are sold as general admission. If you are interested in closer access to the stage, a limited group of VIP tickets will be available.

Can I bring my own food and beverage?
No. Bright Night out has concessions stands on-site featuring a variety of food and beverage options (including beer!).

Will restrooms be provided?
Yes. Portable restrooms will be provided, cleaned daily between shows, and checked frequently during shows.

How will I see & hear the show?
If you are in an area where there is a limited view of the stage, there will be video projection surfaces and side audio throughout the event area.

Are kids allowed?
Yes. It is left to the discretion of parents whether show content is appropriate for kids, unless the show is designated as 18+

Do kids get in free?
No. Each person must have a ticket, regardless of age.

Can we come and go from the event?
No.

What happens if it rains?
These are rain or shine events.

In the event of inclement weather, our event production team will work in tandem with the venue and local authorities to make decisions on how to proceed. Updates to the event schedule will be communicated in a timely manner to attendees through email and our official social media channels (Facebook and Instagram). In the event of show cancellation, attendees may opt to receive a full refund or choose to be credited for a future show date.

What if I need assistance during event?
If there is an emergency, please call 911 first, and then locate the nearest event staff to help with directing you to the nearest medical station.

COVID-19 Waiver of Liability
As the purchaser(s) of this ticket and attending event patron(s), I/we hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant to presume harmless any parties stated herewith in, but not limited to, promoter, venue, vendors, catering, production company, and/or any of the bands performing, their board members, officers, agents, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19, whether or not caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.

I/we acknowledge and represent that I/we have red the foregoing Waver of Liability, understand it, and agree to it voluntarily as my/our own free act and deed, including without limitation, the Release of Liability.
